Minglesforsingles.com promotes interactive social parties for singles to network or meet at fine restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and banquet halls in Southern California. Each party has a built-in icebreaker or game to facilitate the social interaction of the guests.

By using this website, joining our mailing list, registering for a party, or paying for a party, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Minglesforsingles.com will be referred to as "We", "Us", and "Our" for purposes of this agreement. Those that use our website, join our mailing list, register for a party, or pay for a party, will be referred to as "Guests", "You", "Users", and "Your" for purposes of this binding agreement. This is a legal agreement between you and Minglesforsingles.com. You agree to abide to all applicable laws. If you do not agree, then refrain from using this web site or any of the services provided herein. This agreement is subject to change by Minglesforsingles.com at any time.

We cannot and do not guarantee that you will meet someone of interest to you. We do not accept responsibility for an un-even ratio of men to women and vice versa. However, we take great measures to try to keep an even ration of women to men to maximize the experience of the guests. We will even temporarily close down registration and payment for a party if the ratio becomes unequal.

We do not accept responsibility for any emotional distress, physical injury, tortuous conduct, or criminal activity sustained from attendance at one of our parties. This includes the time before, during, and after the party. By attending a party, you release Minglesforsingles.com from any liability for any damages to yourself or your personal items that may be incurred.

We do not verfiy the personal information of our guests such as their age, marital status, etc. It is your responsibility to verify the personal information of anyone whom you enter a relationship with.

By using this website, joining our mailing list, registering for a party, or paying for a party, you hereby affirm that you are at least 18 years old.

By attending one of our parties, you agree to have any photos or videos taken by us to be published on our website or utilized by us to promote the services discussed herein. We will request your permission prior to taking your picture or videotaping you.

We reserve the right to refuse any of our services including the parties at our discretion. If payment has already been accepted by an entity that we refuse to provide service to, then a full refund will be provided. We reserve the right to expel any guest, without refund, who is offensive or abusive to other guests, employees of the establishment where the party is being held, or to any individual administering a party.

In the unlikely event that a party cannot be held at the originally scheduled venue, we reserve the right to conduct the party at an alternative venue within the same metropolitan area. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will notify you via e-mail immediately.

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to the party that you have paid for. Please select the "Cancellation" link under the "Quick Menu" for more details.

The trademarks and logos of this website are the property of Minglesforsingles.com or other third parties and must not be borrowed or used by any other entity.
